If a client cancels the order before our team starts the work, the client may request a refund.

If the client cancels the service after work has already started, a partial refund may be provided depending on the amount of work completed.

4. No Refund Situations

  • Digital marketing campaigns have already been launched
  • Consultation or training sessions have already been completed
  • The client changes their mind after the work is completed

5. Revisions

If the client is not satisfied with the delivered work, Effyt Pvt Ltd may provide revisions according to the agreed project scope.

Revision requests must be related to the original project requirements. New requirements, major changes, or additional work may be charged separately.

6. Digital Marketing Campaigns

For digital marketing services, payments made to third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, or other advertising platforms are non-refundable once the campaign has started.

Effyt Pvt Ltd is not responsible for refunding amounts already spent on third-party advertising platforms.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the client’s account may depend on the bank, card provider, or payment gateway.

8. Payment Gateway Charges

Any bank charges, payment gateway charges, or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
